Description:
Eastbound on W 10th Ave. There is a large tree root across 2/3 of the lane. It pushes the pavement up at least 18 inches. The bump is very sharp and if a cyclist were to hit it at more than a walking speed they would likely fall. The city has "repaired" this spot recently, but the risk is still there. They didn't reapply the yellow paint to make the bump more obvious after the "repair" so it's hard to see if you don't know it's there. Add to this report
