Description:
I was riding southbound on 30th St. traveling at approx. 20 mph. The car passed me on the left and made a right turn in front of me into a parking lot. I slammed into the passenger side door, flew over the hood, and landed on the opposite side of the car head first. The driver was cited by the police officer for inattention. Add note to this report
