Description:
Auto was signaling a right-turn on red in heavy traffic. It was waiting at the red partly blocking the crosswalk. Cycle slowed and crossed in front of the car in the crosswalk. Car saw an opening in traffic to her left and proceeded to turn hitting the cycle. Add note to this report
