Description: Was in bike lane on Bertha Blvd approaching a red light - traffic in lane next to me was stopped - I was in full motion. Driver in one of the stopped vehicle waved a driver to turn left (across stopped oncoming lane and across my bike lane into a parking lot). Driver made the turn, did not see me quickly approaching. I struck the rear portion of the passenger side of the car - minor dent on car. My bike was relatively unscathed - bent front basket only! I was hurt only a lttle - just some sore extremities and shaken-up. Add note to this report
