Description: I was traveling westbound coming across on the Burke-Gilman crossing Meridian Ave N. Car was stopped on N Northlake Way waiting to turn left onto Merifian. Driver indicated he was distracted by child in car and thought it was clear. He proceeded to turn left into me. Add note to this report
