Description: I was riding in the right of two lanes. The vehicle passed me in an intersection, while still in my lane, then quickly cut right back in front of me. Then braked immediately after passing me, resulting in me swerving, and crashing into the right hand side of their vehicle. The passenger rolled down her window and yelled at me for not being on the sidewalk and told me it was my fault that I had hit their car. They drove away. Add note to this report
