Description:
I was stopped at the stop sign on Dock st., waiting to turn left onto Shilshole ave. The car was driving east on Shilshole, and was going to turn left onto dock street. The car began their turn, but drove completely through the oncoming (right) lane of dock street, where I was standing, hitting me head on. I rolled up the hood and windshield, and landed on the ground to the left of the car in the left lane.
