Description:
Traveling through the roundabout a vehicle passed me on the right and cut right in front of as she slammed on the brakes because of traffic. I hit the left rear on the vehicle. Driver tried to flee and refused to give any info. Drivers dad was a police officer, so the police were of no help at all. Add note to this report
