Description: Car was pulled far (15 feet) off the road and not moving. Bicyclist was riding in middle of the lane going around 30 MPH downhill. Car suddenly turned in front of bike and proceeded to attempt U-Turn, bicyclist had only seconds before T-boning the car and flying over car and landing on opposite side in road.
