Description:
I was biking through the crosswalk (as there is no bike lane). As I was biking through, cars from I-10 attempting to turn right (north) on Cloverfield overtook the entire crosswalk in order to see oncoming traffic from Cloverfield. I was forced at that moment to veer left into the street in order to avoid being hit by the cars entering the crosswalk. Unfortunately, there are two deep parallel grooves in the street that I was unaware of. My bike tires got caught in one of the grooves and caused my bike to collapse throwing me into the street.
