Injury description: This hit and run was reported on the news. A man in a grey van ran over a cyclist in an intersection in Compton. Eye witnesses said the driver was a tall African American Male who was on his cell phone when the accident happened. He stopped, looked at the dying victem, then got in his van and drove off.
