Injury description:
This hit and run was reported on the news. A man in a grey van ran over a cyclist in an intersection in Compton. Eye witnesses said the driver was a tall African American Male who was on his cell phone when the accident happened. He stopped, looked at the dying victem, then got in his van and drove off. Survelance video showed a clear day and good visibility. All of the info I have is from the local news report. Best guess on Age, Experience, Biky type, Helmet, and Light usage.
