Description:
Vehicle came to a stop to make a right turn. Driver looked left but never looked right. Bike was using sidewalk and was slowly crossing. Car started turning right and made contact with the bike. Car eventually stopped once cyclist made enough noise. This happened slowly and there were no injuries. Bike had 3 bright lights in front. One blinking on the head and 2 brights on the handle bar.
