Crash type: Collision with motor vehicle
Geometry: Vehicle turned into passing bike
Vehicle type: Car
Description: Was travelling south on West Lynn. Car ahead was stopped with left blinker on to turn into coffee shop parking lot as I approached. As northbound traffic cleared, he started to turn left and I moved to pass on the right. At that point he swung hard right into a different parking lot. Couldn't stop at that point, but was able to begin braking and swerve right. Hit the car hard just behind the back door with my left side and bounced onto the sidewalk.

Driver stopped and assisted with recovery and first aid (pharmacy across the street) for a bad cut on my finger from the left brake lever. Witnesses and driver confirmed he changed direction and had left signal on.
