Description:
I was heading northbound along the bike/walking portion of the ballard bridge. The other cyclist was heading southbound along the bridge. Cyclist did not see or hear me yelling until the last minute. I was near a stop but had no where to move to get out of the way. Our bikes collided-other cyclist went down as well. I hit my chin and cheek on the concrete bridge post. Some minor abrasions and bruising to my arm and ankle. Other cyclist reported no injuries. Add note to this report
