Solo crash at 829-899 18th Ave
reported by Phil Mitchell
Date:
2009-12-04
Crash type:
Solo crash
Geometry:
Bike lost stability and crashed
Description:
I was heading at a good pace south on 18th. As I leaned slightly into the weave around the intersection island, my bike hit ice and just went right out from under me.
I must have slid, wasn't even bruised. There was a guy standing nearby who had just done the same thing about 10 min earlier. He was pretty banged up. We were headed in the same direction and walked our bikes home from there. Add note to this report
