Description:
I believe the bike is a 21 speed. He bought the bike to my apt and I saw it only once. I am not sure if it is stolen, but it proabably is as he claims he has no money and refuses to pay me back my money. I do not see how in the world he got this bike. He had to have stolen this bike from somewhere in Alexandria or the surrounding area. As I stated, he asked me for money to supposedly go to work and then disappeared around 11 p.m. and late at night for about a week. He never answered the phone and said he was in Arlington with some cousins hanging out. He has lied and then left me hanging for Thanksgiving. He tried to get a key to my apt but I refused. He is acting evasive and very shady. I basically called him on the phone asking for my money and he he refused and also did not acknowledge that he was going to come over for Thanksgiving.
