Description:
Traveling West on Oakland Ave and crossing 8 lanes of Woodward plus the island, on the island there is NO visible light for the cyclist and the north and south lanes are both NOT stopped. Cyclists can not tell the south bound lane has a green light until they honk, skid, swerve or thump over the body of the cyclist.
Notice the pictures. The only traffic light is green for only half the road. At the center of the street NO light is visible and the walk/don't walk sign is only barely visible. The cyclists has to guess about traffic. Full report |
