Description:
Most all the asphalt on Louise Ave in this area needs to be replaced. Pot holes keep forming all the time. Patching the pot holes have been a temporary fix. It is like riding on tiles. I use that route as an alternative to Balboa which is extremely dangerous due to automobiles driving well over the speed limit and limited room on the shoulder to cycle safely. Full report
