Description:
Male was riding with a group of other riders and hit some ice on the shoulder of the road and crashed to the right. He dented his helmet, scraped his cheek and scraped his knee. 911 was called and the fire dept. checked him out and he was fine and ended up riding home with the group. Full report

Description:
Was riding down 4th Ave to meet up with a few friends. Going fairly fast but had started to slow down as I went through the light at the bottom of the hill. I went over this small sewer hole cover in the middle of the road, and it jerked my front wheel to the side at the exact moment that my pant leg un-rolled, caught in my chain, and pulled my foot out of my clips. I flipped controlled my fall as much as I could and hit hard. Full report

Description:
I was riding the sidewalk east on Pacific, where there is no bike lane and the traffic is very fast. Was starting into crosswalk at Fones Road with light. Semi truck turned right from Pacific onto Fones Road just as I was leaving the curb, didn't see me at all. I lept backwards with the bike, one of my buckets was pulled off and the attachment clips were bent, the frame was scraped, and I had some very minor scrapes as well. Gave the semi the finger...which is how I'm sure he didn't see me, as the truck didn't even slow down. Full report
