Description:
According to news accounts, Mr. Przychodzen, age 49, was riding on the shoulder of the 8600 block of Juanita Drive NE when a truck veered out of the lane and struck him from the rear. Mr. Przychodzen was pronounced dead at the scene.
Davis Law Group has learned that the driver of the truck was 18 year-old Nicholas N. Natale of Kenmore, Washington. Mr. Natale was driving a 2010 Chevy Silverado pick-up truck that was owned by B G Property Maintenance. A 2008 Mercedes SUV made a right hand turn, saying they did not see me, impacting my front wheel immediately.
