I was turning right of Gilman Blvd onto N Front St. Car was turning left from westbound Gilman onto N Front and hit my rear tire. I went over handlebars, flipping sevearl times, and landing on hands and knees. Breaking my wrist and scraping up my face, knees. My head hit the ground several times, I was wearing a helmet so no injuries. Full report

Description:
After seeing the trailer and determining there was no chance of stopping, I chose to swerve into the right lane of traffic since it was very early and traffic was very light. When I hit the rumble strip I lost control of the bike and swerved back onto the shoulder and rammed into the back of the trailer. Full report

Description:
Biker was traveling east on Newport Way just below the new condos being built. At this point there is virtually no shoulder and very abrupt curb edge. I saw the crash seconds after it happened. It appears the rider caught the edge of the curb and went down into the road. Fortunately there were no cars next to her and the ones behind stopped immediately. Any biker on this stretch should take their half of the road, and it should be in the middle. Full report

Description:
1) Daily ride from Park and Ride to house, the same time every day.
2) Riding uphill in bike lane, approx. 6 MPH. 3) Large SUV turning left into arterial (Park Drive) coming from full stop. I had right of way with no stop. 4) SUV pulls out behind me after I pass, clipping rear end of bike. 5) I am thrown off bike and become unconscious. 6) Based on police report the driver called 911, but a police officer was driving by and arrived on scene prior to being dispatched. 7) Eastside Fire & Rescue took me to Swedish Issaquah Emergency Room. 8) Driver cited. 9) Luckily it was winter, so I had full protective gear on. 10) Photos were taken a few weeks after accident.
