Description:
I cycled very slowly across State Street along the crosswalk to YMCA and car turned from Holly onto State Street. Failed to stop at crosswalk even though legal for pedestrians to cross at green walk light. I was 3/4 cross cross walk and motorist failed to stop. I hit his car hood and fell to the pavement.
