Description:
Bike eastbound at 20-25 mph due to slight downhill. At bottom of hill, cross street with stop sign; eastbound has right-of-way (no stop sign). Northbound car came to stop, did not look sufficient for traffic volume, speed or obstructions. Car executed left turn but stopped in eastbound lane (due to westbound vehicles) and blocked path of oncoming bicycle. Bicycle braked but impacted at approx. 10 mph. Bicycle hit driver door; came to rest at same spot. Full report
