Driver almost came to a stop or did stop making a left onto Cherry St. then accelerated quickly into cyclist's path. Cyclist hit front passenger side corner/fender, rolled up onto the windshield and then bounced off the passenger door. Bike is a total loss, cyclist required 20-some stitches. Full report
