Description:
5AM. Driver was was merging onto Snell from Branham, probably was looking back along Snell, not expecting slower traffic (me) in front of him. Hit from behind, on right side, where my rear bike light may not have been visible. Thrown over handlebars, scraping knee. Bike unridable, ~$200 damage to bike, ~$500 in hospital costs. Settled out-of-court. Full report
