Description:
cyclist traveling westbound on Las Tunas about 8 MPH in street parking lane -there were no cars in that lane. Vehicle white mercedes traveling westbound as well about 8 MPH passes cyclist then turns right in front of him. cyclist runs out of road, pinched betwteen curb and car, hits mercedes between front an back passenger side doors.
Cyclist bounces off of car, loses control and falls onto sidewalk. Driver gets out the the car looks at cyclist on floor and states "what are you doing Im trying to have dinner at this restaurant" I went to the driver and told him and passengers, What R U guys thinking, there is a cyclist on the floor, you have not even asked if he was ok. We called the Police and made a report. Left my info with officer and cyclist. The accident happend in front of 30 members of the EASTSIDE BIKE CLUB which were just about to pull into the street after pit stop at Jack In the Box. the cyclist passed us and then started to yell at the car, the next think you know he was hitting the concrete.
