Description:
Cyclist commuting to work down (north) Rio Bravo Road and a car come fast through one of the side streets that feeds into Rio Bravo. {People have been using this area as a cut through to cut off 6 signal lights in Stockdale / California are by turning behind the old Nifty-fifty cafe and cutting faster through this area with no regard for the signs, stops signs, schools, kids, people, and cyclists. This area is known as Park Stockdale. This area has Van Horner Elementary School in the neighborhood.
